Deadline to apply is February 4, 2015
College Horizons 2015 is hosted by Bowdoin College and Stanford University this year. Native American students in the 10th or 11th grade are invited to apply for this six day college admissions workshop. One hundred students will be chosen to attend each host location to work alongside admissions officers, college counselors, essay specialists, and other educators.

June 21-26, 2015
Stanford University in Stanford, CA
July 12-17, 2015
A complete application consists of:
Student Application Form with Short Answers and Personal Essay
Parent Financial Summary and Copy of Tax Returns for 2013 or 2014
Participation, Privacy, & Photography Waivers
Counselor recommendation w/ transcript
Academic Teacher recommendation
$120 to cover the application fee and deposit
The total program cost is $450 which covers tuition, dorm room, meals, transportation to/from airport, and all materials necessary for the workshop. Scholarship financial aid is available for both tuition and airfare travel, and over 50% of students are awarded assistance each year.
